Last Update: Chumley (Crimson) Hi there, Just a quick note and photo .. to say hello and give you an update on Crimson .. aka Chumley .. we adopted her a few months ago and she is a lovely little dog and has worked very well in our family .. Chumley is protective but not yappy and she is fun-loving .. especially liking our trips to the beach .. the kids love her and she loves them too .. thanks very much for your help in choosing her .. she is part of our family now. Thanks again The Bells Indie (Pinky) Hi Everyone at YAPS Just a quite note to let you know that I am settling into my new home very well .. my new brother Charlie is a little bit wary of me but I know he won't take long to love me like my new family .. as you can see by the pictures my new mum and I like to nap together on Sunday arvo! Love Indie Am I a lucky girl or what... UPDATE: June 2008 Hi All Please find attached a couple of pics now that I have grown .. I am nearly 1 year old now and have grown quite a bit since I left YAPS .. my new family love me to bits im a bit spoiled .. when I last wrote you my new brother Charlie was a bit wary of me now he loves me like the others .. even though I am deaf my new family have found ways to communicate with me .. they use a torch if its dark out side when they want me. They use a squirt bottle if I'm being a little bit naughty. They still try and talk to me but I do not read lips yet. I hope Boof finds a home soon he looks like he could be my brother? Better go now holes to dig .. plants to chew. Lots of love Indie Otis   To all the people that work so hard to make YAPS what it is. I just want to say thanks for helping us find Otis .. we adopted him home at the end of January 2008 and he constantly amuses us with his crazy antics .. he is also the sweetest and most affectionate cat I have ever seen and even friends that are confirmed cat haters have been swayed by his charms! Thanks again Juliette and Benn Meggsy's Meggsy's new home Hi guys .. I am just letting you know that Meggsy is settling in OK .. the kids love him .. I have attached a few photos of him and the kids .. he is still getting used to the new surroundings and the dogs .. but that will take a little time.       Karley Carol and all the others at YAPS Here is the latest of Karley in her new homw with Jan girls .. as you can see she has settled in so well and now she is starting to talk all the more to Jan and even tells her to pick her up if she goes to sit down and yells at her if she is not let out side to do a wee and then she just comes straight back to the front door and yells again at Jan to say I am here .. let me in. Her coat is now beautiful and has a shine to it .. no patches or a smell about her at all .. she eats well and does not let the others in her bed and they all seem to know this .. she gets on well with them all but they appear to have respect for her and just leave her alone .. she has some weight on her now but not over done just right. She now is starting to greet Jan's friends (Bob and myself) when we come around .. as she has been slow to do this and I was so pleased as she actually waggled her tail .. so all signs are good with this little madam .. SUCH A GREAT SUCCESS STORY! Jan and friend Ann Karley came to YAPS as a Senior Citizen .. 13 years old Tango   (Tiuana) Hi! I thought you my be interested that Tango had a brilliant first night .. he slept in his new house and had a bit of a play and run in our back yard .. he is settling in much quicker than I expected .. Miki and Tango Life begins at YAPS Jack   (Itty)   and   Axel   (Izzy) Hello all at YAPS Fiona is at YAPS looking for a new addition to the family .. but 2 babies .. Oh well twins do happen .. Fiona and Stewart adopted Itty and Izzy on the 14th July 2007 .. HAS LIFE CHANGED FOR THESE 2 PARENTS .. they tell us only for the better .. what lucky kids they are to have come to YAPS and found such a wonderful family and such a great life with so much love and fun! Love at first sight!! Jack and Axel's first Xmas 2007 in their new home with Fiona and Stewart .. the boys are opening their presents. I thought I would give you a little photo update on how my two boys Jack and Axel are going since their 1st birthday is coming up in April 2008 .. THEY ARE HUGE! Ha Ha! they are the most adorable .. loving dogs a person could have .. if laughter is the best medicine then these 2 dogs are my pharmacists. We are having a blast in Perth .. the 2 dogs had a ball travelling over to Perth in the back of the truck. Hope all is going well at YAPS Fiona .. Stewart .. Jack and Axel Shandi Hi Carol and Yaps I just thought I would let you know that Shanid is doing great .. she has settled down alot and is not as naughty anymore .. she has a new friend Andre the poodle who she goes walking with and play in the backyard .. she is always trying to play with the cat but the cat just runs away .. we could not have asked for a more perfect dog and she fits right in .. I have attached some pictures of Shandi in her new home.
