About: Poppy and Pippi (below) are very playful puppies with a huge zest for life. They are both happy girls who long to run and play in the grass.
These 2 girls do require toilet training, lead training and time invested in them to learn simple commands. Watching these 2 plays brings so much joy as they absolutely love life and being out in the sunshine, they also love playing in our shell pool.

About: Life may of thrown this girl some curve balls in her short life but that has not put a damper on her spirit.
Scarlett loves to have a “chat” and is an easygoing girl with a lust for life.
Although she has not mixed with other dogs at Yaps yet due to being desexed recently we were told that she did have some playtime with a male dog which she really enjoyed and the herding instinct kicked in but there was no nipping and backed off nicely when he jumped all over her. She corrected but it was just noise and did not push it just gave excellent corrections

About: Roxy is a 9 ½ year old Bull Arab. She came into YAPS as an 8 year old suffering from Heart Worm and went through a successful treatment process.
Roxy is a big girl who loves her walks, food, and sleeping. She is excellent on the lead but strong and likes to take her time and sniff everything. The beach and open fields are her favourite.
Ideally, she needs a good-sized fenced yard, although she doesn’t wander from the foster home, and preferably live with someone that spends a lot of time at home. She will be insecure until she is sure you will look after her and come home if left alone.
She loves people and shows so much affection, her tail never stops wagging and she thinks she is a lap dog at times.
Wherever you are she will always be by your side so be preparth ed to have her in the house and sleep inside. She is very well house trained so no chewing and will tell you when it’s toilet time.
She does like to chase bigger wildlife like turkeys and rodents and not suitable if you have a cat.
She likes to talk and will remind you it’s walk or dinner time.
She is also dog selective; she will mix with other dogs, but she will decide which ones.
She spends time between YAPS and on foster with volunteers whenever possible but deserves a permanent home to live out her final years.
